Through counseling and treatment, and medication management, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Trauma Informed Care
We understand that previous trauma can impact one's physical, psychological, and emotional state. We strive to establish effective treatment to prevent further trauma and to help individuals cope and gain insight and build a sense of control and empowerment.
Services Provided
Integrity Health Services LLC is operated by Registered Nurses and a Licensed Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. We provide skill development, medication management, symptom/illness management, educational opportunities, service coordination- to assist individuals with resources needed in the community such as housing and food services. We also assist with socialization skills and psychotherapy.
